"Now this was something I would say that I didn't really have the best answer to in the past, but I believe I have a really good answer now.
Typically, you get the best energy out of an energy drink if you drink it around10:30 or11:00 am, like mid-morning, because for some reason your body is able to metabolize it well and use it for the whole day.
So that's actually really, really great. Usually, when you have it at night, you can't sleep.
Usually, you have it around any time after 1 or 2 PM, and it becomes an issue for your sleep."
